Last night we had our first tastings of sweet corn! It came all the way from Florida and landed in our local grocery store. Clint was at the store picking up spaghetti sauce for me when he called and said "May I interest you in some corn on the cob?"
And let me tell you, it was delicious!! Yes, the kernels popped right off the cob. So instead of tortellini we had BLT's, fresh fruit, and corn on the cob - the perfect summer meal! We were all happy, like happy happy! :)

Congratulations to your winner! We also had corn on the cobb last night and the night before. YUMMY! What kid or adult doesn't love that yummy yellow goodness?!
Sounds like a super yummy meal! We've had some corn from Florida this year already also and it was awesome!
